Sitting in Sedona and looking out at the red rocks and the sun going down gave me so much peace and healing for my mind, body, and soul.

When I left for the Sedona Little Pink House Retreat I was full of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. All that went away the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted by the Volunteers. Little did I know how much being around a group of strangers would change my life forever. This retreat gave me the opportunity to meet some of the most genuine, caring, and loving women.
All my life I have had anxiety about cancer after losing so many family members to the disease. Getting that diagnosis was very overwhelming to me. Meeting women who are fighting this disease with everything they have given me courage and hope. Sitting in Sedona and looking out at the red rocks and the sun going down gave me so much peace and healing for my mind, body, and soul. I was in a room full of strangers for 5 minutes and after that, it was a room with friends. Greeted with hugs and smiles and so much love filled the room. I have never had anything like this in my life and I owe it all to Little Pink House of Hope.
