The first retreat in North Myrtle Beach began today. The families arrived one by one to the Baywatch Resort. They were able to see their nicely decorated condos with a beautiful view of the ocean. Special thanks to Chris Pollard and everyone at The Lakeside Conference Center for providing us with a great atmosphere and meal. After dinner it was time for a short meeting where the adults learned the schedule for the upcoming week while the kids showed their skills in cornhole (beanbag toss).
This is a week for everyone to take a break, relax, and bury their toes in the sand.
