It was suppose to rain today, according to the weather forecast last night. Luckily for Little Pink, they were wrong! Not a cloud in the sky, nothing but sun. Absolutely perfect for our beach day this morning. Both the kids and parents, as well as Volunstars, played in the sand and water with boogie boards, eggs, and shaving cream amongst other beach toys. (Confused? After playing in the sand, relaxing in the sun, and eating our lunch on the beach, families had some time to nap before our Mexican Fiesta! Unfortunately,we had no sombreros, but we did have just about everything else including family games! We got to see the competitive side come out of everyone while families took to some extreme gaming. If you’ve never shot elastics at paper cups, you’re missing out. We have pictures (and video) to prove it.

The sun can really tire everyone out, even our Little Pink team. So after a long day jam-packed with fun, everyone should get a good sleep tonight and get ready for tomorrow’s exciting events!
