I came all the way to Wyoming and got more than I bargained for! The day started with a free physical from Jake at McCarty Family Medicine~ I think I passed with flying colors and my heart is “beeping” just fine. His parents, our LPHOH family hosts for the tour stop, Drs. Breck and Craig McCarty have a future Dr. on their hands.
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch and were introduced to the amazing Campbell County- the energy capital of the nation! We also got a chance to share our mission and vision at The Heptner Cancer Center at Campbell County Hospital.
The main event for the evening was hosted by Hands on Pottery and it was a packed house. Ashley Platt donated her services and helped the entire group create amazing one of a kind paintings. The evening included a silent auction with amazing items donated by local vendors. Thanks to everyone who pitched in to make the evening special! A special thanks to Security State Bank and Thunder Basin Orthopaedics for sponsoring the event.
Never underestimate the power of a small town, dedicated women, a supportive community, and an amazing LPHOH family! The McCarty’s were able to raise $4,097! Way to go Gillette!
