It was a great first day in Buxton. God blessed us with a beautiful sunny day which made for big smiles. Our families made fast friends with each other and are one big happy family under the same roof.

In the morning everyone headed in a few different directions the beach, pool and shopping. Then, we all came together at Cafe Pamlico where a wonderful wine and cheese party was held for our couples right on the sound.

That evening we went back to the house where our volunstars cooked great meal. We closed our day with a fun game of our version of the newlywed game.  What a great day we can’t wait for tomorrow and more adventures.
