Another day in Paradise here in the Outer Banks. The sun was in full glory today and our couples took full advantage it. We started with a hearty breakfast, then down to the dock for stand up paddle boarding. Our participants did a great job considering the strong winds they were fighting. Everyone got up on the board with the help of Chris and Brent from Ocean Cure.
Even after taking a ‘dip’ in the sound, JaNelle was determined to try again and try she did!  She has a great “Yes I CAN” attitude.  Way to GO!

Then it was out to Dirty Dicks Crab House who hosted us for dinner. Larry the owner and Steph our waitress made us feel right at home and we all enjoyed some of the freshest seafood on the Outer Banks.

It was a wonderful day and we are all tired.  Off to bed so we can get up early to fish!
