Today was not our typical check-in day, as everyone’s flights arrived at different times throughout. However, no matter how spread apart their arrivals were, the rush of excitement from all of the families to see their homes for the week was just as great as ever. As Jeanine has put it, and our group will soon discover, Key West is full of secrets and surprises.

At dinner tonight our families got to meet each other for the first time and officially meet all of the Volunstars. They ended the night early to get settled into their homes for the week and get some rest after traveling. Just before leaving tonight the kids were treated with ice cream and some corn-hole. Hope their sugar-rushes won’t keep them up too late, they’ll need their rest tonight to be ready for all of the amazing activities we have planned for this week!
