Every 60 seconds, someone in the world dies from breast cancer.  In the United States alone, more than 42,000 women and men will lose their lives this year to this devastating disease- that’s one person every 13 minutes.  With one in eight women in the U.S. expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer at at some point in her lifetime- or one woman every 2 minutes- nearly everyone will be touched in some way by this disease.
