Telluride, CO
Telluride and Mountain Village, CO are nestled at the end of a lush canyon and surrounded by some of Colorado’s most rugged peaks. Nowhere else in the country, or perhaps the world, does such a place exist. it is the most beautiful spot of the Rocky Mountain high country. Telluride is tucked into a box canyon surrounded by 13,000 and 14,000-foot peaks. The town is just eight blocks wide and twelve blocks long. Because of its significant role in the history of the American West, the core area of Telluride was designated a National Historic Landmark District in 1964. Telluride is connected to Mountain Village by a free Gondola. This retreat is a VERY High altitude that participants should take into consideration when applying if prone to altitude sickness. Also, to go between activities, participants will be using the FREE Gondola system, so participants afraid of heights should consider this when selecting this as a retreat
