Thank you to everyone who has supported Little Pink through the CNN Heroes campaign over the last 4 months.  The designation of being a CNN Hero brought new exposure, donors, and awareness to what the mission and vision of Little Pink is and how we impact families.  Collectively, supporters raised over $30,000 through the campaign; started a brand new Little Pink Children of Scholarship that will help provide financial assistance for Little Pink kids to college starting in 2018; and spread our mission and vision through a social media campaign that reached countless people!
I was thrilled to be included in a group of amazing individuals throughout the world who make it their life’s work to change the world in powerful, tangible ways.  It is a joy to be able to do the work that I do with our amazing staff, board, volunteers and most importantly, the families that attend.   Little Pink is poised in the next few years to change the landscape in terms of familial support for breast cancer patients- we will expand our number of retreats while constantly striving to make each interaction a remarkable experience for families, communities, and stakeholders.  I urge you to get involved either through a financial donation, becoming a volunteer, talking to your company about supporting our work, or through your prayers.   Live Stronger.
