The retreat allowed me connect with other women and their families in ways I never imagined possible. I was most impressed with how caring and attentive the Director and Volunstars were. I left that retreat feeling rejuvenated, accomplished I did activities that I never thought I would have the courage to do (i.e. paddle board, kayaking). My daughter and I developed an amazing bond as a result of trying new things together.
