I went on the couple’s retreat to Buxton, NC, on the outer banks. The retreat was really special to my husband and me. The house we stayed at and the scenic views were amazing. The volunstars kept us well-fed every morning, noon, and evening. They also scheduled a lot of activities for us, like paddle boarding, painting ceramics, kayaking, and beach time. But the most significant part was the bond that I made with the other couples. Thank you so much for giving my husband and me time to connect with other breast cancer patients and their significant others!
