Apply to be a Volunteer A retreat week volunteer is a special volunteer opportunity within the Little Pink organization where you truly will serve a family in a one on one environment while working with a larger team. We urge you to reflect on your ability to commit a week of your time and your willingness to serve in this capacity prior to applying. Conduct a Fundraiser to support Little Pink You can help Little Pink Houses of Hope change the lives of breast cancer patients and families with your time, talents, care, and enthusiasm. It doesn’t matter where you live, or what your schedule is, we have volunteer opportunities for you.

Volunteer Opportunities
Care Team
Our Care Team volunteers recognize milestones, events, and illnesses in the lives of our Little Pink families, volunteers, and sponsors by sending cards.
Intake
Call participants after they have been selected for a retreat to answer questions, record food choices, and update information as needed. You are often the first personal contact the family has with Little Pink. It’s important to be patient, friendly, and positive.
Supply Drive
Organize small supply drives in your community to gather retreat goods or welcome bag items. You will invite businesses and individual donations, pick up items, and help deliver items to the retreat when appropriate.
Team Pink
If you live close to a retreat location, you may be interested in organizing a meal, offering a special talent or skill as a class, or helping secure housing for families. We would love to talk to you about how you can contribute to our retreats. Click here to explore Team Pink further.
Office and Administrative
You can contribute to the success of the Little Pink mission and our retreats by volunteering time at our administrative office in Burlington, NC. We need volunteers to file, make phone calls, help with mailings, complete data entry, organize materials and donations, and more.
Application Review
Serve on a local team to review qualified applicants for a specific retreat and help select retreat participants. This volunteer opportunity takes place at the Little Pink office in Burlington, NC.
Signature Events
Join one of our signature event teams and help organize, plan, and implement our Dancing with the Little Pink Stars, Dining Under the Stars, or Amazing Race annual fundraisers You can help identify and secure dancers, sponsors, judges, vendors, silent auction items, decorations, sell tickets, and more! Community Events
Create awareness of Little Pink Houses of Hope within your community by staffing tables or booths at community events to pass out information or sell merchandise. You can also look for opportunities for speaking engagements in your area.
